We toured a lot of houses before making and offer, and he always asked for feedback when I did not think the house was quiet right. We are out of town purchasers and have been working with Jon on and off for overdone year. He is very knowledgable about the Catalina Foothills neighborhood, a real pro who provided excellent insights into properties and prices. When our house came up for sale, he notified me within 30 minutes, knowing that this was exactly the type of house we wanted and that I would need to come into Tucson right away to see it before it was sold. the next day the house had an offer from someone else, so Jon did a video walk through with us and then immediately contacted the listing agent to let them know that another offer was coming in. Jon worked very well with the other agent to make sure that we could put in an escalator clause offer that would be accepted. Jon prepared all of the necessary contracts and the deal went through. The next day he emailed pictures of a house with most of the features we requested. The day after we visited it and made an offer, which was accepted. He then walked us through the buying process. Our first two homes were new builds, so we hadn't gone through this type of home buying previously. Jon has excellent customer service and communication skills. Truly a professional. So much so, that he will be selling our current home.

He was informed about the local market and shared great information. Over the next couple years he checked in with us periodically to see how we were doing. We weren't looking to buy and were happy renting, but we appreciated that he kept in touch as he always brought a friendly, helpful perspective. When we learned one day that the owners of our rental wanted to sell and we would need to move out within 6 weeks, Jon was the first person we called. He answered our call, listened closely, and said, "Don't panic, here's what we need to do." Thanks to his referrals to a lender who went to work on our case right away, we received a pre-approval that same day. Two days later, Jon had made arrangements for us to see the only house that he felt met our needs (based on information we shared with him). We went to see it, and Jon was spot-on about the house. He suggested if we wanted it, we should make an offer right away, so we made an offer the same day. He advised us on the offer details, and our offer was accepted. Over the next 3 weeks, everything went like clockwork... Jon handled everything for us, guided us through the process, advised us based on his knowledge, and kept us apprised of where everything stood. We never had to wonder what was happening or where things stood. Jon is extremely experienced and well-connected and was able to answer all our questions. He took time to learn about what I wanted to buy, as well as being cognizant of the parts of town where I wanted to live. Aside from helping me find a great house, he helped me find the perfect mortgage loan officer, after a disappointing experience with a different loan company. I especially liked that Jon was never pushy about house-hunting, and respected the periods of time when I was taking a break from looking. He'd touch base every so often and, if I wasn't resuming my search, he'd check in with me a month or so later. He was always pleasant, positive, and upbeat, and always had faith that I could find a great place in the area I wanted to live, and within my price range. And, he was realistic and honest regarding what I would be able to afford. One of the things I especially liked about Jon, was that he checked in with me frequently, yet he wasn't pushy. And, he always touched base with me and my loan officer throughout the offer/purchase process. I was really afraid things might go wrong, but I knew he was taking care of it and I could trust him, so the whole purchase process was smooth and low-stress. I have bought and sold many homes in my life ( military) and he is far the best

He was our agent for the purchase of our new home and we were so impressed with his service that we asked him to be the listing agent for selling our old home as well. When we first starting thinking of buying a new home, we went to an open house for which Jon was the listing agent. When we told him that we did not yet have an agent, were about to be away for a month, and weren't even sure we were ready to buy, he nevertheless offered to keep us up on the market while we were away and to use this as a means to help us focus in on what we were looking for. He did as promised and responded to numerous emails while we were gone, all without a guarantee that we would even be active buyers. Mostly as a consequence of this, we did decide to actively look and were ready when Jon forwarded a new listing that we really liked just before our return, so we were able to hit the ground running. We had a one and half week window before leaving for another three week trip, and through Jon's herculean efforts during those several days we negotiated an accepted offer, had the house inspected, and had everything else moving forward by the time we left. While we were gone, Jon smoothly handled everything concerning the purchase and communicated frequently, so we were able to close within a few days of returning. After this very positive experience, we had Jon be our listing broker for our old home. This home was far outside his normal operating area and was a much less expensive home than the one we purchased, but he gave it the same attention and effort that he gave when helping us with our purchase. His recommendations and help in securing contractors for doing some needed work allowed us to get the home on the market much earlier than we had thought we could. Even though we were then entering the slow season for housing, the home sold in good time and at just over 99% of our asking price (thanks to Jon, this was also about 10-15K more than we had anticipated listing at). We were very impressed with the highly professional way in which the house was marketed - much more professional than for most other homes in the area - and our home sold before two other similar homes in our neighborhood, both of which had gone on the market well before ours. For both transactions, Jon invariably returned calls and emails immediately. If something required action on his part or if information needed to be gathered, it also got it done immediately. It honestly felt like we were his only clients. I'm not sure he sleeps. Jon was always amiable and upbeat during both transactions, the intense time pressure of our home purchase notwithstanding. His was always a reassuring voice during seven months of continuously working together. We consider ourselves very fortunate that Jon was so proactive in building our relationship and we owe him a great deal. Thanks so much Jon for the truly superior service!

He did an excellent job for us from the beginning to the end of the process and we couldn't more highly recommend him. Jon guided us on how to prepare our home to go on the market. He was honest with us regarding the timing not being optimal and that it might take a bit longer around the holidays, so we had realistic expectations. Jon provided great guidance around pricing, negotiations and all aspects of the sales experience and transaction. He also shared some very helpful references for vendors we engaged to help us with projects at both homes. Jon exceled at communicating in an effective, detailed, timely manner and was very responsive whenever we reached out to him. We felt fortunate to have him as our partner for both parts of the real estate process and would highly endorse him.

For both processes we were out of state and he made it as easy as it could have been. He always kept an accurate read on the market to prepare our expectations and maximize what we could get out of the sale. She was always available for us and on top of things during our home search and purchase. It ended up being the perfect place for us, and Jon worked with us to get an offer in the next day on short notice! I've been a Realtor for 14 years in Washington state and can say Jon's work was the game changer at many times during the transaction. By taking his advice we beat 13 other offers to win, and because of his extensive efforts (that most Realtors don't put in) providing comps to the appraiser, our appraisal came back at sale price which helped us out immensely, and we didn't think it would. We flew back home before our offer was even accepted and haven't been back to Arizona since, but Jon made it easy to close the sale from out of state. Jon's explanations at each point in the process and of the contract were very thorough, and he always responded quickly during business hours, and even at times when we didn't expect or need a quick reply. He provided reliable inspectors and referrals for anything we needed. I feel like I had really high expectations as a fellow Realtor, and Jon met or exceeded them all!
